Payment for Services
To contract RADDIGITAL's Services, the User must consider that the currency of the transaction will be in Dollars, the official currency of the United States of America.
Therefore, to contract services through this Website, the User must have a credit or debit card issued by a legally constituted banking institution, or use one of the payment methods available at RADDIGITALLikewise, the User must authorize the corresponding charge for the contracting of the Services.
The entity in charge of the contracting transaction is an Authorized Payment Processor ("Authorized Processor") in the field, so RADDIGITAL does not store, process, or transmit the Client's banking data. RADDIGITALfollowing good practices, verifies that the Authorized Processor has the certifications of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI").
Although RADDIGITAL employs industry security measures to protect its Website, it recommends that the User take care of their card number, expiration date, and especially not provide the security code, which will not be stored by the Authorized Processor to protect the Client's confidential information. Therefore, RADDIGITAL is not responsible for damages or misuse of the mentioned data.
Once the Service contracting transaction on this Website has been completed and the payment has been authorized by the credit or debit card's banking institution, or confirmed through another payment method, a screen will appear notifying the User that they have received an email with instructions for the execution of the contracted Services.
Regarding Returns, all returns and refunds will be governed by the Returns Policy established on this Website.

Limitation of Liability

Termination
RADDIGITAL may terminate these Terms and Conditions with the User if they breach any of the established obligations.. RADDIGITAL will be entitled to be indemnified for the damages caused, with notification by email being sufficient. In case of breach, the User agrees that RADDIGITAL may request payment of the damages caused, as well as any balance, commission, or fine, and that this unilateral notification by email is sufficient for such purposes.
